Description

Submissions are invited by Graham Construction and Engineering LP (on behalf of Douglas College) for Trade Contractors relating to contract 808 Royal Avenue – Douglas College – Trade Package 01.

The Early Works Scope includes demolition of existing concrete structures including foundations, clearing & grubbing, asphalt stripping, tree removal, utility disconnection & capping, excavation, shoring and jet grouting. A project brief with preliminary site plans is included to illustrate the intent of the overall project.
