Description

The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Innisfail, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist of:

1. Handrails on Main Floor – Supply and Install new handrails on both sides of the steps leading from the living room to the dining area. The new handrails should match those on the existing stairs leading up to the second floor.
2. Bathroom Modifications – Construct a new accessible bathroom complete with a curbless shower area, claw foot tub, toilet and two sinks and accessories as specified. Everything in the modified bathroom will be new.
3. Interior Modifications and Finishing – The existing bedroom door will be widened to a 3’-0” pocket door. Patching and repairs plus new baseboards and new paint will be done as required.
