Description

The CM/GC services to be provided under this RFP will be inclusive of all Client leasehold improvements on floors 25, 28, 29 and 30 in 240 Fourth, 240 4 AVE SW, Calgary
The construction of these floors will be simultaneous, with the client moving both locations into their new space at the same time. Each floor plate is approximately 23,325 usable square feet. All new floors are currently built-out; however, the landlord will be returning the floors back to base prior to turning over to the client. The existing IT / Data room will remain on floor 29 which has raised floors and suitable equipment. The base building washrooms on floors 28 and 29 need to be upgraded to
match the other floors. Floor 30 is a unique space due to the architecture of the building.
Construction is expected to commence on or about October 2023, contingent upon obtaining a building permit, and the Project must be substantially complete in time for the Client to commence operation of its services no later than August 2024.
