The City of Parksville is seeking the services of a qualified professional team to conduct a review of the Englishman River and Arrowsmith Dam
Provisional Operation Rule and provide operating guidance for the Arrowsmith Dam to better protect the environment and secure water
supply for the Arrowsmith Water Service.
