Janitorial Services at Ontario Place located in Toronto, Ontario

Provide janitorial services at Ontario Place, located at: 955 Lakeshore Boulevard West, Toronto Ontario.
Scope of Work
The Vendor will be required to provide the Services as set out in this RFB which shall include all labour, material, plant equipment and services necessary for the execution and completion of the Services to the Agency’s satisfaction.

OPC is located to the West of downtown Toronto on the Waterfront of Lake Ontario. OPC controls approximately 155 acres of land and water lots south of Lake Shore Boulevard West in Toronto. The 96 acres of land that comprise OPC are divided into mainland parking areas and three major islands commonly known as the East Island, the Forum Island and the West Island. The 16,000 seat Budweiser Stage is on Forum Island and OPC’s Marina facility is located between the Forum and West Islands.

Bidders must attend a Mandatory Site Inspection to familiarize themselves with the required Services.

a) Bidders must visit and examine the premises and the buildings thereon and obtain a clear and comprehensive knowledge of the conditions and limitations thereof.
b) Bidders must examine all areas pertaining to this RFB as no after claims for additional Services will be entertained by reason of a Bidder not making allowances for these Services in its Bid.
c) Bidders must register their attendance, prior to the Mandatory Site Inspection, with OPC Contact (Paul Vandenburg) by email no later than 15:00 May 20th, 2023.
d) Bidders will be allowed a maximum of two (2) representatives to attend the Mandatory Site Inspection.

Bidder representatives will be required to register their attendance at the Mandatory Site Inspection.
