169128 - Request for Qualifications: Design-Builder Slocan Site Redevelopment Project

The purpose of this request for qualifications (“ RFQ”) is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, the design and construction of the Slocan Site Redevelopment Project (the “ Project”), consisting of the Slocan Centre (the ” Facility”), which is a new first-of-its-kind centre in Canada for children and youth living with health complexity, and the Daycare Centre (the “ Daycare”), a new 74-space new daycare facility, located in the Renfrew–Collingwood area in the City of Vancouver.  Based on these Responses, in accordance with this RFQ, Provincial Health Services Authority (the “ Authority”) intends to select a short-list of up to three  Respondents to be invited to participate in the next stage of the Competitive Selection Process, namely a request for proposals (“ RFP”) for a design-build contract for the design and construction of the Project.
This RFQ is not a tender or an offer or a request for proposals, and there is no intention by the Authority to make an offer by issuing this RFQ.
