FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TANDEM QUINT AERIAL AND RESCUE FIRE TRUCKS

The City of Fredericton is requesting a Proposal for the supply and delivery. Any equipment offered under this RFP other than new current year model will not be considered responsive.
The Supplier must either be a manufacturer, a factory branch, or a dealer engaged in the business of selling, dealing, and servicing the equipment proposed upon and must maintain a full stock of parts and service within twenty-four (24) hours.
As only major components are specified in this RFP, it is the Supplier's responsibility to deliver One (1) New Not Previously Used 2023/2024 Quint Aerial Platform Apparatus 100-110 Feet and/or One (1) New Not Previously used 2023 Fire Rescue Apparatus with appropriate components which will provide dependable and efficient service.
All portions of RFP shall be completely filled out including descriptions and details where requested. The Local Government will be the sole judge as to what constitutes acceptable minor deficiencies and to what is a major failure to meet specifications which could result in an RFP rejection for failure to meet specifications.
Warranty shall be dated the month of delivery.
This RFP requires two (2) pricing packages in order to properly assess what the City of Fredericton will award:

Option #1: One (1) New Not Previously Used 2023/2024 Quint Aerial Platform Apparatus 100-110 Feet.

Option #2: One (1) New Not Previously used 2023 Fire Rescue Apparatus
