Description

The purpose of this project is to acquire, configure and deliver Third-Party Records Management Software for managing electronic and physical records that acts in tandem with SharePoint Online, essentially creating an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). This will provide all the necessary functionality to maintain a fully compliant Records and Information Management (RIM) program, meeting the legal and regulatory requirements for local government record keeping. The approximate budget for implementation /consulting and year one fees is $93,000.
