Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on January 23, 2023 by 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has a requirement for Avian Influenza sample testing services from a certified lab in the province of British Columbia. The Contractor will perform the Real- time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RRT-PCR) testing for the detection of Avian Influenza, produce Reports of analysis (ROA), and inform the CFIA with a turnaround time for results within 24-hours after receipt of the sample. The testing is required in support of the CFIA’s mandate to respond and, where possible, mitigate the impact of this disease.
