Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 11, 2023 at 2:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for food and accommodation services to support the National Sentry Program (NSP) that could include: up to 60 single-occupancy room with associated supplies, one (1) meeting room with associated supplies, one (1) on-site cafeteria/dining accommodation with associated supplies, meal preparation services and laundry access. DND will conduct the NSP in Ottawa, Ontario, annually from April to November. The Period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to March 31, 2026 inclusive and will include 2 irrevocable 1-year option periods to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions.
