PWGSC, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) – Valcartier Research Centre (VRC), is issuing this Solicitation of Offers to obtain specialized test, analysis and development services in the fields of injury biomechanics, fragment and small arms effects, blunt impact, blast injuries, and personnel protection, located in Valcartier, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement Of Work.
