Canada will not consider offers delivered after the offer submission closing date and time. *** TITLE: Request for Proposal (RFP) – Science Instrument Phase 0 and Technology Development for LUV *** DESCRIPTION: Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to acquire services to perform concept studies (Phase 0) for scientific instruments as part of the Lunar Utility Vehicle (LUV) initiative. It also includes an optional additional work to advance the technology for the proposed scientific instrument and in addition, deliver a full-scale instrument system. (Technology Development).***
