AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 5, 2025 at 2 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. LAC (Library and Archives Canada) requires the acquisition of a specialized device: a Professional Phonographic Preamplifier with RIAA + Archival Compensation & Corrective EQ for delivery to Gatineau by December 31, 2025
