Description

Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to establish a standing offer to purchase Group Survival Kits (GSK) and Personal Survival Kits (PSK) In accordance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Polar Code and its amendments to Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and the Life Saving Appliances (LSA) Code for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO).
Reissue of Request for Standing Offers. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number F6854-250071/A dated December 18, 2025 with a closing of January 15, 2026 at 3:30 PM NST.
