PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of 3 high-quality musical instruments—namely a piano, an English horn, and an oboe including delivery, located in Courcelette, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
