PWGSC, on behalf of Parcs Canada, is issuing this Solicitation of Offers to obtain the services of a Consultant to carry out a feasibility study for the renovation project of the fortification wall adjacent to the Dufferin Terrace, located within the Fortifications of Québec National Historic Site of Canada (NHSC).
