Description

Exterior Conservation of Duff-Baby House in Windsor, ON will take place over a 1-year duration, commencing in the autumn months of 2023 and completing by autumn 2024.

Duff-Baby House is tenanted as a shared office space and local history museum operated by the City of Windsor and is to remain operational throughout the duration of the project.
Scope of Work
The project encompasses full-scope exterior building conservation services required for a provincially designated historic site including Heritage Woodwork, and Heritage General Contracting. The scope of work is primarily focused on exterior clapboard siding, storm window restoration and modern window replacement.

Mandatory Information Session:
To be eligible to bid, prospective Bidders or their designated representative must attend the mandatory info. session / site meeting to sign-in and inspect the construction site. All Bidders shall be deemed to have received any and all information that the mandatory site meeting will provide.
