Description

The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of excavation of municipal infrastructure and related services within the Nation Valley Cluster.

Up to one legal entities will be selected for the provision of deliverables. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into an agreement for a period of five years, with an option in favour of OCWA to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two years.
