Description

The province is inviting proposals aimed at addressing the following project objectives;
• Examine and document the Province’s current challenges with the Alberta Student Grant;
• Research best practices in other programs/jurisdictions for administering and budgeting large, demand-driven student-aid programming similar to Alberta Student Grant;
• Build upon data analysis and interpretation provided by the Province to develop options and recommendations to improve the performance and budget predictability of the Alberta Student Grant.

Options and recommendations will suggest what changes are needed for ASG to better fulfill its purpose while providing greater predictability in budgeting needed to manage this grant consistently and sustainably.
