Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:
Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at jinette.mccormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.
Tender opening method:
A public opening of tenders will take place at the office of the Town of Beaurivage (at the address above) immediately following the close of the tendering period.
Tender submission alternative method:
Contractors can submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at jinette.mccormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. If electronically submitted the original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mailed to the following address:

A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Beaurivage must accompany each tender.
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Contracts Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.
