Description

This AMSA SOW is an invitation to submit Responses for the provision of Application Services and Base Services to support Alberta King's Printer and Executive Council.

This SOW is an open competition for Contractors who are in Good Standing under AMSA to provide Application Services and Base Services in Tier 1 or higher as further described in the AMSA PQR.

The Province intends to enter into an SSA with a single legal entity for a period of 5 years from the Commencement Date. The Province anticipates the Commencement Date of the SSA will be January 1, 2024. The Province, in its sole discretion, will confirm the actual start and end dates for the Application Services and Base Services when finalizing the SSA.

The Province may extend the Term of the SSA, under the same terms and conditions including pricing, for up to an additional 2 years.
