Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to submit their qualifications for the Highway 1 - Jumping Creek to MacDonald Snowshed Project (“the Project”). Through the process described in this RFQ, the Province anticipates identifying up to three Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of the Competitive Selection Process.

The purpose of the Competitive Selection Process is to identify a Design-Builder with whom the Province may enter into a Design-Build Agreement to design and construct the Project over a period anticipated to begin at Contract Execution with substantial completion in Fall 2027.
