Description

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), Providence Health Care (PHC), and Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) require an enterprise smartphone application solution and respective service to support the replacement of over 4000 corporate pagers, with a primary focus on critical group and code paging use cases.

The solution needs to be both scalable and adaptable, catering to healthcare professionals with diverse roles. It should consolidate multiple pagers into a single device or platform and seamlessly integrate with existing health IT systems. Emphasis should be placed on user-friendliness, reliability, support, and ensuring data privacy. In summary, proponents should offer a comprehensive and flexible pager replacement proposal.
