Description

Construction Management and Delivery Services for Building Projects is a key service BC Hydro relies on to ensure industrial building development projects to construct new facilities or renovate existing ones are delivered on time and within budget. The services are required to support several multi-year industrial building projects ranging in size from $20M to $120M in cost. Projects could occur simultaneously anywhere across the Province of British Columbia. To prepare the supplier community for this RFP, BC Hydro will host an informational meeting in the week of November 06, 2023. Notice of the Informational Meeting will be posted in accordance with the terms of the RFP.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (7) years, which may be extended for up to (10) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (17) years.
