Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified firm to provide enhanced commissioning services for a new twin arena. The proposed twin arena at Glenmore Athletic Park will consist of two National Hockey League ice rinks, with a spectator seating capacity of 1000 and 300. Other project items include team rooms, two tenant team rooms, a spectator concourse, a multipurpose room, a classroom, support spaces, and the main lobby. The twin arena is targeting a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold designation.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
