Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to retain a General Contractor for the Community Healthcare Clinic for South Vancouver project. The Project is a 3,056 SF renovation of an existing VCH owned site at 2005 East 44th Avenue, Vancouver. The project scope includes a complete interior demolition, renovation, equipment installation and furnishings to meet IPAC, IPS, and IMITS standards while addressing space needs for staff to provide clinical services. Exterior work includes an aesthetic refresh and signage to align with VCH branding; and an upgrade of roof top units to meet current heating, ventilation and cooling requirements. Interior work includes an extensive renovation to demolish existing walls and slab areas to repurpose the space into a high-functioning healthcare clinic for the South Vancouver community. The construction is anticipated to start on January 26, 2024 and complete on September 24, 2024. The anticipated ready-for-take-over-date is November 22, 2024.
