RFPQ No. 0664 - Pre-Qualification of General Contractors

The Board invites Submissions to this Request for Pre-qualification from interested Respondents with the intention to pre-qualify General Contractors who are interested in providing Services to the Board for period of three (3) years.  Opportunities will be offered for projects where the Services required have an estimated value based on the project listings detailed below.
General Contractors expressing interest in submitting tenders for future capital projects are invited to respond. In your response provide a statement indicating your interest in prequalifying as a General Contractor for Project List #1, Project List #2, or Project List #3. Respondents may also indicate their interest on prequalifying for more than one or all Project Listings.   References provided and Surety information uploaded with responses should meet the same complexity and project value to the specific listing’s dollar value and complexity. 

• Project List #1 – Projects comprised of smaller capital projects such as smaller additions and minor seismic upgrades up to and including $10,000,000 in construction value.
• Project List #2 – Projects comprised of major Seismic Upgrades, Full replacement or rebuild of Elementary Schools for construction values over $10,000,000 and up to and including $50,000,000 in construction value.
• Project List #3 – Projects comprised of Middle School or Secondary School partial or full replacements and New Builds in excess of $50,000,000 in construction value.
