VHO PCC - VANDERHOOF - VHO Primacy Care Medical Clinic

Notwithstanding the current challenges faced to deliver primary care in the community of Vanderhoof, the recommendation in the ‘Business Plan’ to create a new integrated primary care and community health services facility has been approved and the intent of this RFP is to solicit Prime Design consultant services proposals for the following:

1. Pre-Design Services - Provide feasibility studies and present viable options (two or more proposals) for optimum location for siting the new facility (Building footprint - 1905 sm; outdoor parking - 3720 sm and outdoor wellness space – 45 sm) on the NHA property boundary within the given context of all healthcare services being provided in the community and also identifying synergies with the healthcare facilities in the vicinity within the NHA property boundary.

2. Design Services - Design consultancy services to design the new integrated primary care and community health services building including outdoor parking and wellness spaces.

In order to facilitate the above Prime Design Consultancy proponent are expected to undertake:

a) User Groups consultations - for validation of the proposed schedule of accommodation, workflows, design approvals etc.
b) Design of the new facility (Schematic Design, Design Development)
c) Tender Documentation
d) Contract Administration
