Description

The Ministry requires a Vendor(s) to supply, deliver and warranty the following Deliverables to the Ontario Provincial Police (“OPP”):

Gun Boxes with Locks and Retention Devices for the Ontario Provincial Police.
Scope of Work
The Ministry is seeking a vendor to Supply, deliver and warranty Gun Boxes with locks and Retention Devices.

The Ministry will hold a voluntary Bidder information session by teleconference on the date and time below:
Date: December 21, 2023
Time: 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time).

Interested Bidders are asked to register with the RFB Contact via email no later than 4:00 p.m. Toronto time on December 19, 2023. Upon registration, the teleconference information will be provided.

The purpose of the voluntary Bidder information session is to assist prospective Bidders in understanding the procurement process in a formal tendering environment and to provide an overview of the Ministry’s requirements, as set out in the RFB. All interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to register for this voluntary Bidder information session.
Any questions related to the Deliverables will not be answered during the Bidder information session. Bidders are requested to submit their questions relating to the Deliverables in writing via e-mail to the RFB Contact identified in section 1.1.8.
The responses to all questions received by the Bidder’s Deadline for Questions will be posted on the Ontario Tenders Portal eTendering System in an addendum to this RFB by the deadline in section 1.1.14.
