Grace Garden is a 35 unit, three story complex that is located at 6303 104 Avenue, Edmonton, AB. This project to be executed on GEF selected engineer’s produced drawings /design that includes providing all labour, equipment, materials, supervision, and permits required to remove and replace the existing heating boilers. The new system is designed by GEF hired engineer, licenced to practise in the province of Alberta. The Consultant’s Scope of Work and Deliverables are attached.
