Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to select a General Contractor for the E595-00 SGH HTH South Tub Room project.
Hilltop House is a two story building with section built in 1984 and an addition in 2009. The existing tub room in the Long-Term Care facility is outdated and no longer fit for purpose. The scope of work will involve wall demo, new flooring, installation of a new arjo tub, new millwork and sink. The Contractor is responsible for providing a set bid based on the drawings and specifications requirements. The Ready-for-Takeover date is April 24, 2024.
