Description

Children and Family Services is looking for a service provider to provide digitization services for approximately 21,000 boxes of records that are stored at worksites across Alberta including rural and remote areas. All scanned documents must meet GoA Information Management and Digitization Standards. The anticipated contract term is March 4, 2024 to March 31, 2026. The anticipated contract value is 6,000,000 with the possibility of extension for up to an additional 24 months (estimated value $5,000,000). The Province intends to award a General Services Contract.
