Description

The Hub Service Provider will provide administration, warehousing, training and maintenance support for the Emergency Management Ontario Hub. Ensure that supplies and equipment stored at an offsite warehouse can be deployed efficiently across the province and that expected response times can be met during emergency situations.
Scope of Work
The Hub Service Provider will provide administration, warehousing and maintenance support for the Emergency Management Ontario Hub location in Timmins, Ontario. The Hub Service Provider ensures that the Hub is available to be used by the community and emergency management partners for training needs and that an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) could become operationalized if required. Operational expectations: Maintenance on all equipment will be done according to the manufacturers recommended schedule and following a deployment.
The Hub Service Provider will collaborate with Emergency Management Ontario (EMO) to receive instructions and/or information about activities and processes that will impact Hub Operations. The Hub Service Provider will need to develop their own internal/external processes for communicating with EMO and Hub Facility staff on the various Deliverables.
Specific Duties will include Administrative, warehousing and maintenance but may not be all inclusive or all applicable (depending on the warehouse location).
