The major items of work include the following approximate quantities:
1. General requirements including mobilization, de-mobilization and survey layout etc.
2. Remove and dispose of 347m of existing Sanitary Sewer (200mm-250mm dia.)
3. Remove and dispose of 155m of existing Storm Sewer (525mm dia.)
4. Remove and dispose of 23 v.m of existing 7 Manholes including Frame and Covers
5. Remove and dispose of 410m of existing Watermain (100mm dia.)
6. Remove and dispose of /submit 4 existing Water Valves (100mm dia.)
7. Remove and dispose of /submit of 5 existing Catch Basins and Leads
8. Removal and disposal of 4,125m2 existing Asphalt (100mm-120mm depth)
9. Removal and disposal of 598m of existing Monolithic Walk, Curb & Gutters
10. Supply & install new 266m of PVC DR35 Sanitary Sewer 300mm dia. (3m-5m depth) – shored vertical trench
11. Supply & install new 81m of PVC DR35 Sanitary Sewer 200mm dia. (3m-5m depth) – shored vertical trench
12. Supply & install 8 new, 31 v.m of sulfate resistance 1,200mm diameter manholes
13. Supply & install new 8 NF-80 (floating) Manhole’s Frame & Cover c/w Final Grade Adjustment
14. Supply and install 11 Sanitary Sewer Service Connections complete (subject to site condition and deletion)
15. Maintain (uninterrupted) sanitary services to all the residents throughout construction and bypass pumping of all sanitary flows including inflow and infiltration and back up pump from start till completion of project
16. Over excavation and disposal of approximately 200m3 of unsuitable material (subject to site condition and deletion)
17. Over excavation and placement of 200m3 of Washed Rock (subject to site condition and deletion)
18. Approximately 100m of Special foundation (subject to site condition and deletion)
19. Supply & install new 155m of Ultra Rib PVC DR35 Storm Sewer 525mm dia. (3m-5m depth) – shored vertical trench
20. Supply and install 5 new Catch Basins and Leads
21. Maintain (uninterrupted) stormwater / drainage throughout construction and bypass pumping of all stormwater/drainage flows and back up pump from start till completion of project
22. Supply & install new 410m of C-900, PVC DR18 Watermain 150mm dia. (3m depth) – shored vertical trench
23. Supply and install 6 new, 150mm Gate Valve c/w Valve Box
24. Supply and install 2 new Fire Hydrant, Valve and Lead
25. Supply and install 11 Water Service Connections (subject to site condition deletion)
26. Maintain (uninterrupted) water supply to all the residents throughout construction
27. Supply and install 620m3 Sub-Grade Preparation (150mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion)
28. Reuse and install 310m3 existing road’s gravel base course (GBC; 300mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion)
29. Supply and install 930m3 new gravel base course (GBC; 300mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion)
30. Supply and install 4,122m2 of hotmix asphalt concrete paving (100 mm depth; two lifts; 50mm and 50mm; subject to site condition and deletion)
31. Supply and install 4,320m2 of Cement Stabilization (25Kg/m2/300mm; subject to site condition and deletion)
32. Maintain (uninterrupted) access to all the residents throughout construction
33. Supply and install 610m of new 1.5m Monolithic Walk with 150 Curb & Gutter (subject to site condition and deletion)
34. Supply and install 2,000m2 of new topsoil (100 mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion)
35. Supply and install 1,000m2 seeding (subject to site condition and deletion)
36. Supply and install new 1,000m2 sod (subject to site condition and deletion)
