RFP 147-2024 - RFP 147-2024 Strategic Planning and Advisory Services

Olds College of Agriculture & Technology (Olds College) is seeking a specialized, experienced Contractor to support and provide strategic plan development, management and advisory services, including:
a) Consulting with the Board to set the Objectives the Board expects the College to achieve by the conclusion of the next strategic plan,
b) Engaging internal stakeholders (students, staff, faculty, administration) to elicit their feedback through Town Halls, World Cafes, Interviews, Workshops, and/or Surveys, on what will drive activities to achieve the Objectives
c) Engaging external stakeholders (community, Town, County, industry partners) to elicit their feedback through Town Halls, World Cafes, Interviews, Workshops, and/or Surveys, on what will drive activities to achieve the Objectives
d) Provide regular progress reporting to the College Executive, outlining themes from consultations and feedback
e) Presentation of recommendations for strategic plan content to be included based on consultations, feedback, and engagements.
f) This work will be done in three phases:
i) Phase 1 (Scope a) is Board & Objectives (July-August, 2024)
ii) Phase 2 (Scope b, c, d) is Internal and External stakeholder consultations, workshops and Executive Team progress reporting (September-December 2024)
iii) Phase 3 (Scope e) is Plan recommendations and development (Jan-March 2025).
