Description

The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award a 3-year service contract with an option to renewal up to 3 years to Zuri Group. Zuri provides a custom tool set called “Expert Access Program”. Currently, the University is using Expert Access Program and the systems works with Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM).
The Expert Access Program offers tools with functionalities as outlined in the ACAN.
Currently, Expert Access is deeply entrenched within UCalgary’s BBCRM environment and the department relies on the system for numerous integrations on a day-to-day basis. At this time, it would not be practical or operationally feasible to move on to another access program. A new program would cause major disruption for the department, as well the implementation of a new system could take months to years. UCalgary also does not have any additional resources or time to implement a new program.
