Project No. 077-23-1

Sealed tenders marked "Northwest Regional Service Commission, Ice Rink Building - Centre des Chevaliers de Colomb, Project No. 077-23-1", will be received by the Northwest Regional Service Commission until February 27, 2024, until 10:00 a.m. (local time) at Roy Consultants' office located at 13 Costigan Street, Edmundston, New Brunswick. Public opening of tenders will follow immediately.

Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the Northwest Regional Service Commission. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract shall be indicated on the envelope.

The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Procurement Act (2022-78), as amended, shall apply to this contract.

Electronic tender documents are available upon payment of $100.00 to Roy Consultants, which will be non-refundable. These documents can be procured by contacting melanie.hebert@royconsultants.ca and gaetanne.richardson@royconsultants.ca.

The work includes, but is not limited to the following:

- Architectural modifications to the building interior;
- Replacement of plumbing fixtures;
- Modifications to the building's heating system;
- Modifications to the building's electrical.

The Northwest Regional Service Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
