RFP 19866 - Cybersecurity Testing Professional Services

Cybersecurity is seeking to acquire security services that encompass a diverse range of offerings, including but not limited to threat and risk assessments, penetration testing, and other similar security testing on an as and when required basis. The anticipated contract(s) term will be for an initial five (5) years, with the option to extend for an additional one (1) period of up to five (5) year each for a total possibility of up to ten years (10) in any combination at BC Hydro’s sole discretion. BC Hydro anticipates awarding Master Service Agreement(s) (each, an “MSA”) to up to six (6) successful Proponent(s). The final number of awarded MSAs will be determined by BC Hydro in its discretion, having regard to the number and quality of Proposals received by BC Hydro, capacity of the Proponents, BC Hydro’s assessment of its needs, and any other factors BC Hydro considers relevant. Non-committed Outlined Agreements (OAs) will be established under the awarded MSAs.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (5) years, which may be extended for up to (5) years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (10) years.
