1.0 INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION
Your firm is hereby invited to submit a quotation for the provision of supply and delivery of a fleet vehicle, the requirements of which are outlined in this Invitational Quotation.
4.0 COMPLETION OF QUOTATION
Bidders must submit their quotation printed in ink or typed on the QUOTATION FORM provided and all blank spaces must be completed to be considered. Bidders are required to submit the entire quotation package to Yellowhead County on the specified date and time.
5.0 PRODUCT DELIVERY
Product delivery to be made to the County Administration Building at 2716 – 1st Avenue, Edson, Alberta during normal working hours of Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A twenty-four (24) hour notice is required prior to delivery. Notice shall be given by contacting Sabhago Oad at (780) 723-4800.
6.0 NOTICE OF AWARD
The notice of Award shall bind the successful bidder to execute the Contract. The other rights and obligations provided for in the Contract shall become effective and binding upon the parties only with its formal execution.
7.0 PAYMENT
Upon completion receipt of the product, the successful bidder shall invoice Yellowhead County at the quoted amount. Yellowhead County will pay the invoice within 45 days of receipt of the invoice.
8.0 ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER
Yellowhead County reserves the right to reject any and all quotations. Bidders are also informed that not necessarily the lowest quotation will be accepted.
