Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work to complete the partial building cladding replacement located at Delburne School for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.

*A mandatory Bidders briefing has been scheduled for 9:30am on 28h
day of February 2024 at Delburne Centralized School*
- Representatives of Owner and Consultant will be in attendance.
- Information relevant to Bid Documents will be recorded in Addendum and issued to known Bidders.
