Description

The City of Red Deer (the “City”) invites interested Vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation for the removal of existing Motor Control Centres (MCCs) and components; supply and installation of new MCCs, Power Distribution Panel (PDP) and components; and commissioning of the MCCs at the City’s Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
Mandatory Pre-Quotation Meeting

A mandatory pre-quotation meeting will be held at 1:30:00 pm local time, on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. The meeting will be held at the City of Red Deer’s Water Treatment Plant Boardroom, 5408 54 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta T4N 5K7 (the site of the work) to help familiarize Respondents with the work. Anyone attending this meeting will require their own steel-toe boots otherwise they will not be permitted on site.
A site visit will be held at 2:00:00 pm local time on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, following the conclusion of the pre-quotation meeting to enable Respondents to examine the work area.
