Description

Pre-qualified Architectural and Engineering Consultants

Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for projects over $5 million (either Acute Care Projects over $5 million or Non-Acute Care Projects over $5 million) are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for projects over $5 million.

Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority’s pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category):

mechanical;
electrical;
structural;
civil.
