Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:

Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.

Electronic Tender submission method:

Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at gcroussette@saintquentin.nb.ca prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mail or delivered in person to the following address:

A bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to town of Saint-Quentin must accompany each tender.

Tender opening method:

A public opening of tenders will take place at the municipal office of Saint-Quantin (at the address above) immediately following the close of the tendering period.

No award will be made at the tender opening.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
