Description

The Town of Amherst is currently accepting proposals for the demolition and clean-up of 2 Pearl Place, Amherst, NS.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
There will be a one-time, mandatory site visit on March 11, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. All interested parties to meet at 98 Victoria Street, Amherst, NS, to begin.

- Late arrivals may be accepted if the Town deems the reasoning appropriate.
- All questions asked of staff will be made available to all attendees during the visit.
- Entire group will remain together at all times.
- As this site is private property, no one shall be on property unless attending a Town scheduled Site Visit.
- Should the property owner be on-site during an unscheduled visit, do not engage. Any potential proponent found to have been in contact with the property owner risks having any submission be rejected.
