Description

The purpose of this negotiated request for proposal (the "RFP") is to receive proposals for utility online monitoring and monthly reporting to support energy management and conservation efforts, and to provide insights on energy end-users for billing purposes. The primary function for this service is to collect data from all Douglas College campuses, analyze the energy consumption and provide feedback, reporting and forecasting on energy usage on a monthly and annual basis.
