190481 - PHSA 13580 - CPG Handbook Management System

British Columbia Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) in partnership with Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) is seeking information, through this RFI process, from interested parties for the supply of an integrated document management system to host the Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) and other related documents and communication. This RFI is intended to gather information that could assist PHSA in the development of a future procurement process.

Through completion of the enclosed responses to the questionnaire interested parties are provided with an opportunity to showcase their proposed solutions and commercial/business practices.

BCEHS wishes to review the capabilities and attributes of solutions which support improved user interface and backend management access to viewing Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) and related documents. Interested parties are invited to respond to this RFI by submitting a detailed response to PHSA. Responses should include ideas, information and recommendations that could result in clarification of the requirements, cost-saving opportunities and the identification of potential problem areas with this initiative. Respondents are requested to provide a concise and focused response to this RFI.
