Description

The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia is looking for a Contractor to provide annual window cleaning services for all buildings on the Legislative Precinct.
The term of this Agreement is expected to commence on June 1, 2024, and end on or about June 30, 2028. The Contractor will provide window cleaning services one time per year. Work is to be performed between June 1st and June 30th of each year of the contract, subject to a final schedule to be determined by Legislative Facility Services (LFS) in conjunction with the successful Proponent

There is no mandatory site tour scheduled for this opportunity. Proponents are welcome to attend a non-mandatory site tour on April 5, 2024 at 9:00 am PDT. Proponents who have not previously attended a site tour for this window cleaning work are STRONGLY ADVISED to attend this tour. Please email LFS Admin no later than April 3, 2024 to RSVP for the tour. If we do not receive any RSVPs, the tour will not be held.
