Description

Mission Secondary School - Reporting to the Owner’s Representative, the Design Compliance Team will develop the Design Build Agreement’s Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirements) and Schedule 8 (Energy
Schedule), including all appendices for the project. Further, the Design Compliance Team will provide support during the Design Build procurement; for example, attending meetings with market participants, responding to enquiries, preparing addenda, and maintaining the Design Build Agreement’s Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirements) and Schedule 8 (Energy Schedule), including all appendices. Following the execution of the Desing Build Agreement, the Design Compliance Team will oversee compliance by the design-build team, in
accordance with the Design Build Agreement.
