Description

The Owner wishes to retain the services of a qualified Roofing Contractor to work with the Owner, its Consultant (Rimkus) to successfully complete the project. The contractor is to provide all labour, material and equipment to remove, supply and install all necessary membrane roofing systems and complete all carpentry, metal flashings including related works

SITE VISIT: March 22, 2024 at WA Fraser Middle School, starting on site at 10:00am. Contractors should examine the site, take any measurements and submit any questions. Any Addendum that may result from these questions will be distributed only to contractors that have submitted the RFP Receipt and Intent to Respond form (Appendix A).
