Description

The Municipality of Lambton Shores (“the Municipality”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to seek interested Proponents for leasing a portion of river front road allowance measuring 253.5 lineal feet along Biddulph Street in Port Franks for the purposes of boat dockage.

The Municipality is seeking proposals for the lease of 253.5 lineal feet of riverfront property on Biddulph Street in Port Franks for the purpose of providing seasonal dockage to boaters. A typical season operates from May to October. The Successful Proponent will be responsible for all aspects of managing the property for the purpose of providing dockage.
